Our return policy is that the buyer has 30 days to return their order if it is new and not used. The order must be in new condition in order for the return to take place. Within the 30 day period the customer must reach out to Turtlewood Palettes and start the return process by calling us or emailing us with the reasons way they want to return their purchase. After contacting us we will work with the customer on processing their return for the price of their purchase less the amount for shipping their order. The customer will be responsible for packing and shipping their order back to Turtlewood Palettes. After receiving your return and confirming that your order is in New condition we will refund you the whole amount of your purchase order Less the shipping and handling charges. If the product was damaged in shipping we will need pictures of the damaged box and product to better understand what happened so that we can use this information to contact the carrier for reimbursement. If your order is damaged we will start the replacement order ASAP in getting you a new item. While we workout the details on returning the item if needed.
